3/10/03 : Does anyone read this anymore? 10/4/02 : It's a Clearance Sale. We are selling our CD for a measly $2 postage paid. That's crazy you say? Well it's true. $2 thats practically free. So send your oders in now. 10/4/02 : Well we played our last show, unfortunately Otto didn't make it. It was amazing, over 200 people showed up and it seemed like everyone knew the songs. We would like to thank each and everyone of the people who have supported us over the years, we really appreciate it. There will be more news to come (Merch at special prices) so keep checking back. Thank you once again. It's you who made these last 6 years worth it. 8/24/02 : Okay, so yeah it takes me forever to update this page, but when you have a Daughter who is walking now and taking up all your time, you too can make excuses. Anyway, our last show is set up. Look in the shows section for more details. 7/19/02 : Last week was alot of fun. Even when we play shitty the kids go wacko. Thanx to Nick and Brian for letting us play. Look for our very last show soon. 6/29/02 : Well we played the Gay Pride Fest today, needless to say there were alot of weird looks coming our way. I am not sure if people got it. Oh well we had fun. So now other news, we are now a 2 piece, Otto has decided he doesn't want to play the last few shows. We would never replace him so as it stands. Our last few shows will be as a 2 piece. 4/24/02 : Sorry to the folks who came out last Saturday to see us. Due to time constraints we didn't get to play. Along with Potluck. Sorry again...Still love us? 4/11/02 : Well yes the rumors are true. We will be calling it quits soon. After 6 years, 2 Tours, 3 drummers, 100+ local shows, and lots of bruises, it is time for us to end our run as Hawaii's Greatest Rock and Roll band. It has been fun. We will still be playing shows up through August. Then in August we will play our last hoorah. We appreciate all the fans and friends who have supposrted us through the years. We really do love you. 3/6/02 : New pics added to the Pics page. 2/24/02 : Well this past Friday we played our 100th local show. Wow how the hell have we lasted this long? On another note, there are n ew fans on our fab page. Click Here 2/21/02 : Well as quick as he joined the band, he is now gone. Shilo is no longer in The Sticklers, but he will always be a Stickler. Personality conflicts arose so he left. Alex said something about him not wanting to be lovers so he's out. 2/16/02 : A new venue has opened and we are playing there next friday, Feb 22nd. It is located in town on the corner of King and Ke'eamoku. Check our shows page. 2/13/02 : We put up our first pic of the year 2002. It is from the rained out show at The Bakery. Wow, we actually have some fans. 2/8/02 : Well we opened for The Strokes last night and despite all the controversy it was alot of fun. The crowd responded quite well. Plus we actually played good too. 2/2/02 : Last night we played an insane show. It was our good friends, The Knumbskulls, last show. The crowd went nuts. Our fans are so awesome, we love all 3 of you. 1/2/02 : We're not sure if anyone noticed, but we opened for Dance Hall Crashers on the 29th. They needed another band, so we gladly played. Nothing quite like playing a show last minute and without our own equipment. It was alot of fun. 12/24/01 : Well we debuted our newest member this past Saturday. His name is Shilo. He is single girls 9/15/01 : Hmmm...not much to report lately. We have been busy trying to write new songs and such. Thanks for coming. 9/12/01 : We, The Sticklers, are really at a loss for words as to the recent terrorist acts. Our hearts go to the families and friends of the victims of these heinous acts. 8/2/01 : As per a request from a fan. I made a lyics page. Our first mainland fan on the page. We are up to 4 fans now, damn we rock. 6/30/01 : Well we are back from our West Coast tour. It was so much fun. Look for a whole synopsis on it soon here. We played with some super cool bands, met great people, and drank lots of cheap beer. 5/30/01 : I fixed the mp3 problem, they should work now. There are 4 available, go and give one or two a listen. 5/26/01 : We leave for our Mainland Tour in 2 weeks, so if you're reading this and you live on the West Coast come see us play. When asked about their new friends Sticklers drummer Alex Idiot said, "Damn those girls know how to party". More news later 4/8/01 : Well last night we celebrated our 5th anniversary, in the rain no less. 5 years, holy shit that is a longtime. 3/30/01 : Wow, we have alot of news today. 1. Our good buddy Kai took some live pics of us and you can see them in the pics section. 2. Tomorrow night we open for The Vandals. 3. We have new T Shirts available.
